For corporate clients, we can provide support in project management and planning, as well as preventative maintenance and emergency support.
Our Priority Client List(PCL) will provide all PCL members excellent response times for support, ahead of standard support bookings. This will reduce the extent of any downtime experienced as we are able to log in to our clients to provide remote support, and will be onsite within 2 hours if remote support is not possible.
