Our repair service boasts an excellent turn-around time. We strive to have your computer fixed and available for collection within an average of 48 hours from drop off, (weekends excepted, that’s reserved for golf!).

For customers who are not too sure if they would like their machine fixed, or whether a replacement is more cost effective, we offer an inspection service for $45, and report back to you about the problem, and proposed remedies. If a new machine is purchased, we will credit the $45 to the purchase price of the new machine!

For business emergencies, we offer a special emergency service which places the failed unit at the top of the workshop queue, and whatever is humanly possible will be done to get the computer back to you within 8 working hours. Extra charges apply for this special service.

Virus removal services are available and we use the latest and most up-to-date removal tools available.
